Please join us on Saturday, August 26th at 11:00AM for a complementary one hour barre class at The Dailey Method Wheaton!  This class is open to all fitness levels.

Forget everything you know about other barre classes. Kick off the shoes, rock out to some fun music, relish the burn, and be a part of an awesome community. The Dailey Method is ready to help you transform your life!

TDM is passionate about alignment! The result is better posture, better movement, and a more complete workout. Each class begins with high rep movement in a very small range of motion, effectively toning, elongating, and isolating the muscles. After working each muscle group, students stretch, shaping and leaning out the muscles, and bringing balance through increased flexibility. TDM's core engagement exercises emphasize the quest for ultimate alignment, learning to stabilize the muscles closest to the spine, improving natural, functional spine position. This is very important for posture and overall spinal health; especially as we age.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete waiver form and receive a tour. Please bring grip socks if you have them. If not, loaners will be available.

Contact Heather Clark at or 773-208-1999 with questions.

Always a mom and kid favorite, the education coordinators at Cantigny have planned a wonderful “playdate with nature” for our club! Children kindergarten aged and under will love this hands-on event packed with lots of fun activities. This event is free to members and entrance to Cantigny is also free! Come early or stay late to enjoy the beautiful grounds.

If you have any questions, please contact Lesley. Also, please note that the education center at Cantigny is at the opposite end of the gardens from the parking lot so please allow time to walk to the class. If you are coming with a younger “tot” you will likely want to bring a stroller.
